Meditation allows us to deal with all aspects of our minds in a productive way so that we can learn how to control our thoughts rather than letting our thoughts control us.

  • Mantra- the science of sound current. Mantra is a powerful tool that helps us connect with our authentic sound current and to get comfortable with the sound of our own voice. Chanting is a form of meditation that brings stillness to the mind and profound healing to the body.


  • Sound Healing - vibrational medicine using intuitive instruments like gong, singing bowls, and tuning forks to repair and restore balance to the nervous system. Sound healing has deep effects on the body and mind, allowing us to sink into a receptive state of deep relaxation. The frequency of subtle tone actually penetrates the tissues and helps to recalibrate the body at a cellular level. Regular sound healing can help to heal anxiety, depression, sleep issues, chronic pain, and stress.
